How To Download Music From YouTube To My USB For Free?


YouTube is a rich resource for videos, especially for music videos. If you want to download them to extract music files, you will need an MP3 Converter or YouTube downloader. You can save the music file to a USB drive or to your computer. If you have a YouTube video that you want to transfer to a USB device, you first need to capture and convert the video to your computer. You can then use the USB cable to transfer the captured video file to your device.

Step 1

Log in to YouTube and find the video whose audio you want to isolate. Copy the video URL and in a new browser, visit a website such as y2mate.com or savefrom.net. Paste the URL of the video in the Insert link here field, make sure that .mp3 is indicated in the field below, all these sites work approximately the same, and all of them allow you to capture video from YouTube, then click Start

Click on the option to download the video from the website.

Click the download button. After a few seconds, a link should appear. Click this link to download YouTube videos.

Step 4

Connect the USB device to the computer. Click on the “Open” button as soon as it automatically appears on the screen of your computer. Open the default download folder. Click and drag the YouTube file from your computer to the folder on the USB device.

Transferring music stored on your computer to a USB drive should be relatively easy. If you know where your music is stored on your computer, then this will be a simple case of copying and pasting music files to a USB drive after connecting it.

If you are using a Windows computer, you can take the following steps:

Plug the USB flash drive into one of the empty USB ports on your computer.

Open Windows Explorer. The USB drive should appear on My Computer as an E-shaped drive. It may be called "Removable Disk" or you have already given it a different name.
